The first step is always identifying goals on a corporate and project basis before embarking on any consulting engagement. Once we understand the challenge, problem, or opportunity, a proposal is developed to outline the scope and breadth of the project including the time line. Generally, each engagement is priced on a fixed fee basis, paid monthly, to help achieve satisfaction and eliminate any guesswork relating to the budget. There are no hidden charges, extra fees, or unapproved travel expenses. Our goal is always for our clients to feel we have exceeded their expectations. 

Once agreement is reached on the project goals, HCG matches the best team member or members for each aspect of the project. A single point of contact is always established for both organizations to insure consistent communication. In many cases, mutliple consultants are not reqiured which helps avoid complexity and provide continuity. We do, however, want to make sure the right expert is utilized in each phase of the project.
